How To Put in Contact Lenses

By following these simple steps, you can learn the trick of putting in your contact lenses easily.

Steps:

1. First you need washing your hands thoroughly. It is always better to air dry your hands rather than using a towel as it can deposit tiny fibers on your hands causing various problems.

2. After opening the right eye lens case, scoop the lens out using your index finger.

3. By placing the lens on your index finger, slowly rinse the lens with solution carefully. If it folds down, you can push it back up using your other index finger. Certify if the lens is right side out and that the edge of the lens is curved inward.

4. While pulling down your lower lid using the middle finger, raise the lens to your eye.

5. After placing the contact lens on your eye, slowly let go your lower lid. You can adjust the lens by blinking your eye.

6. The same process should be repeated with the left eye. After putting in the lenses clean the contact case and refill it with fresh solution.
