Steps:

1. Pick out a rack of ribs that will be enough for serving. Remember the actual meet on a rib is much smaller than the rib itself, so you should have about 1 pound per adult.

2. Season the ribs according to your preferences. Usually this means putting on salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer. Garlic, paprika, cheese, or other herbs or spices can also be used to enhance the flavor.

3. You don't have to marinate the meat, but it will help with tenderization and if you want it to be more moist. You can use Italian salad dressing, or buy a rib marinade from the store. You should marinate for at least 3 hours.

4. Choose a pan that's large enough to accommodate all the ribs in one layer. Put aluminum foil in a metal pan, with enough of it to be able to fold over the pan to create a tent. Cover the ribs in honey.

5. Pour water into the pan up to 1/4 inch.

6. Put the ribs in the pan with the arch facing up.

7. Fold up the excess aluminum foil to make a tent. Don't make it completely air tight, but make it tight enough to lock moisture in. Make sure the foil is a little bit loose.

8. Preheat the oven to 325 fahrenheit and then leave the ribs in there for an hour.

9. Remove from the oven and peel back the foil. Then return to the oven with the temperature increased to 375 for 15 minutes.

10. Remove from the oven and serve.
