How To Cook Beef
The cooking methods for beef depend on the type of the cut, whether you prefer ribs, shanks or other parts. Slow cooking is the best advised method of cooking beef as it helps the slow boiling of water breaks the thick tissues, fibers and collagens from the meat to make it soft and tender while cooking.

You can select the type depending upon the location of the meat. The tender areas of meat from the center of the animal that contain less fat deposits can be cooked effectively using the short timed dry heat method. Since round and rump roasts require more heat due to the presence of increased collagen and hardness. It requires longer and slower cooking for further tenderness.
Slower cooking has the advantage of cooking the meat evenly without the edges being overcooked. Always choose cuts like eye steaks, T bone and strip steaks if you wish to grill, broil or pan fry your beef. If you wish to grill your steak, then you should divide them into cool and hot side while cooking.
If you prefer stir-fried or roasting method of cooking for your beef, then the meat should be made brown with high heat first and then cooked slowly at lower heat until the inner side is cooked sufficiently. In order to attain crisp and flavored beef, you should cook the beef in the oven at low degrees. You can also marinate your beef for added flavor and taste.
